Ghost Festival is a small piracy outfit looking to serve the interests of the Angel Cartel û the largest, most powerful pirate organization in the cluster û and make a fortune in doing so. While the corporation awaits faction warfare, operational emphasis has been placed on lowsec piracy, 0.0 raiding, and smuggling schemes. Our goal is PvP excellence. We donÆt desire to ôwinö Eve, but do strive for certain ruthlessness on the field well suited for a corporation whose ticker means ôhungry ghost.ö Our corporation competes at its own level, and will not engage in POS ping-pong or major fleet battles destined to lead to lagfests. Ghost Festival will work with those who similarly wish to show their loyalty to the Angel Cartel and its allies, but will not participate in campaigns of conquest that may lead the corporation to become part of yet another 0.0 blob alliance. If raiding, ransoming, ruthlessness, and roleplay (we call them the Four æYarrs) sound appealing to you, as well as the prospect of a fresh start in the world of Eve, we suggest you read further and make an inquiry into membership. What to expect û Small and medium sized DPS gangs, speed gangs, and generally mobile fleets will be used. Instant action is much preferred to the waiting game that is intrinsic to large-scale fleet warfare. We discourage camping and staying in one place for too long. While our operations will stay for the most part in lowsec and 0.0, war declarations are never out of the question. The number of allies Ghost Festival acquires will stand at the minimum needed to operate. We donÆt have much time for industry, and our goal is to keep our combat wing healthy and our growth outlook positive while minimizing the need for such chores. Members will be encouraged to earn their cash through Angel and Serpentis agents, or through ratting nearby enemies of the Angels, and will be able to ask for assistance in raising their standing to access agents if needed. The corporation is currently operating out of the Placid region but has plans to move as we expand. Ghost Festival members are asked to humbly put the corporation before themselves when needed. This is the mark of a truly great corporation û one where members look after each other and collectively work toward a goal. If this is not you, we cannot promise membership.

Recruitment guidelines donÆt go far enough in describing what weÆre after here. However, there are a few basic standards we keep for security and management purposes. What is required: + Recruits must be of 18 years of age or older. + People from all time zones are accepted, but note we currently we have a North American majority. + Maturity is mandatory û this should be self-explanatory. + Honesty is necessary. We only want honorable people that will post their killmails, honor ransoms, etc. + Activity û meaning participation, motivation, and the ability to work as a team. + 5 million combat skillpoints, minimum. This is not 5 million skillpoints total, and our recruits must be interested above all in PvP. Low skillpoint players must also pledge to finish necessary Learning skills up to Advanced level 4 or 5. + Pilots need to disregard security status and allow themselves to drop to -10.0. + Full self-sufficiency is needed. + Access to Ventrilo and a microphone for voice communications. We consider the following qualities pluses: + Roleplayers or those who have an interest in trying roleplay. + T2 and racial specialization, especially in frigates and cruisers. + Skills to fly or a currently maintained capital ship. + Available alternate character(s) and the willingness to use them for the betterment of the corporation. + Fleet and corporation leadership abilities. What is the application process? Those who apply will be subject to an in-game interview through a private chat. Applicants that pass this stage may be asked to submit a high resolution screenshot of their character login screen and their walletÆs player donation logs. We may also ask for a skill sheet (such as inEVE or a screenshot of your skills) for low skillpoint players. Once in the corporation, there is an evaluation period of up to two months and hangar access limitations for the same amount of time. If we keep you for more than two months, it is not necessary to go through the application process if you leave and decide to rejoin. Roleplayers who wish to conduct their interviews in an in-character manner may do so, and are encouraged to contact us first in our public, in-character channel, Ghost Festival.
